New online booking system for coaches

A new online booking system for coaches will be available in Salzburg from June 2018. Time slots must now be booked for the arrival and collection of guests at the two terminals.

News online booking system

• Tariffs: The tariffs for the booking period from 1 June 2019 will be on € 50 raised.
• Punctuality: The booked terminal times must be strictly adhered to. If you are not on schedule, please use the option to change them in the customer portal - see Instructions. Penalties are imposed for deviations
• New functionality in the booking system: In the customer portal, it is possible to store fixed additional recipients (e.g. accounting department) for the booking or cancellation confirmation - see Instructions.

The bus operator must register in the system before making the first booking. Bookings must be made in the customer portal.

DROP-OFF POINTS FOR YOUR PASSENGERS
The terminals „NORD, Paris-Lodron-Straße“ and „SÜD, Erzabt-Klotz-Straße“ are used for passengers alighting and boarding. No parking facilities!
